Secure
an interview with someone who has your dream job. You can conduct
the interview through Messenger (chat). Observe interview protocol like stating
why you need an interview, scheduling the interview, being courteous at all
times, etc.
During
the interview ask the following questions:
1. What
course did you take in college to prepare you for your job?
2. How
will you describe your work ethic?
3. How do
you observe safety in the workplace?
4. What
are your workplace responsibilities?
5. What
are your workplace rights and privileges?
6. What
advice can you give to someone aspiring to have a job like yours?
You
may also interview several individuals and ask them fewer questions, but make
sure you get answers to all questions. That way, you can get the perspective of
many people in that industry.
